I made these for my final critique in my photography class. They're adorable and delicious. :3 They're like whoopie pies, but with dense chocolate cookies instead of cake.

I added chocolate chips to my cookie batter, and I put crushed up Hershey's candy cane kisses in the frosting. Instead of using crushed candy canes to roll the cookies in, I used andes peppermint baking chips.
